The Menopause and Midlife Clinic is now accepting patients at the Fish Center for Women’s Health. Menopause is the stage of life when a woman’s period stops. Our clinic offers comprehensive, individualized care for the most common concerns women have during their midlife and menopause transitions.
The goals of this specialized clinic are to treat symptoms and improve your quality of life so that you feel empowered, educated and confident.
We understand that all women experience menopause differently. Our clinic encourages women in midlife and/or menopause to get care if they have symptoms, questions or are seeking treatment.

Tara Iyer, MD, NCMP | Women’s Health
Dr. Tara Iyer is a NAMS-certified Menopause Practitioner and is currently working as the Lead Physician in the Menopause and Midlife Clinic. She is a board-certified family medicine physician, specializing in women’s health, menopause care, and weight management medicine. Dr. Iyer is an avid educator and has given both regional and national talks on the importance of perimenopausal and menopausal recognition, evaluation, and treatment. Her clinical and research interests additionally include weight management in women, sexual dysfunction, bone health, polycystic ovarian syndrome, and menopause care of the cancer survivor. Dr. Iyer strives to empower her patients to optimize their health and well-being as they age.
Kathryn Corelli, MD | Women’s Health
Dr. Katie Corelli is inspired by working in a healthcare system that focuses on preventative care strategy as pathway for maintaining quality care. She is a Mass General Brigham medical director for population health and a women’s health physician. Katie works with the population health team to build interventions for patients with chronic diseases like dementia and chronic kidney disease, as well as optimizes patients to be successful at home. Her clinical interests include menopause and female sexual dysfunction.
Deborah Gomez Kwolek, MD, FACP, MSCP | Women’s Health
Dr. Deborah Kwolek is an Associate Physician in the Division of Women’s Health at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and also leads the Women's Health and Sex and Gender Medicine Program in the Department of Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Kwolek is a Menopause Society Certified Menopause Practitioner and is passionate about providing the best care possible to women in their midlife years.
Janine Godfrey, PA-C | Women’s Health
Janine has developed a comprehensive understanding of the unique health needs of women during menopause and midlife, and has provided a wide range of medical services to diverse populations of women, including preventative and problem-based care. Janine is passionate about providing high quality care for women and assisting them as they navigate midlife.
