Is there shuttle service from the Center to Brigham and Women’s in Boston?

Mass General Brigham Healthcare Center (Westwood) does not offer shuttle service to the main campuses in Boston. Patients 60 years of age or older, patients with disabilities, and Mass Health patients are encouraged to contact their local senior center or Primary Care Physician for assistance with transportation options. The Route 128/Westwood MBTA commuter rail station stop is adjacent to the building.

Are urgent care services available at the Center?

Urgent Care is offered at Mass General Brigham Healthcare Center (Westwood). Mass General Brigham Urgent Care is located in the same building, but the address is 90 Brigham Way and the entrance is on the left side. For emergency care, please call 911.

What number should patients call regarding billing inquiries?

Representatives from our billing office are available to answer any questions by phone. Please call 617-726-3884 for all billing questions and concerns during these hours:

Monday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm ET 
Tuesday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Wednesday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Thursday: 9:00 am – 4:30 pm
Friday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Are there parking restrictions? Is parking close by?

Patient parking is available to the left and right of the building. We have accessible parking spots in front of the building in addition to several non-accessible spots as well.

What number should new patients call to make an appointment?

Please call 1-877-WEST128 (1-877-937-8128) to register as a new patient and make an appointment with any of our physicians.

What are the Center’s hours of operation?

Does the Center offer financial counseling services?

Access to financial counseling services are available on site or by phone at 617-732-5411.

Do I need to be a patient at BWH in order to get lab or imaging services done at the Center?

No. The Center's lab and radiology services are available to all patients regardless of their provider. However, you must obtain a BWH medical record number before receiving your labs or radiology services done. This simple registration process can be completed in a few minutes when you arrive on site, or by calling us before your appointment at 1-866-489-4056, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Please note: Lab and X-Ray services are available to patients of all ages. All other radiology services are currently only available to patients 15 years or older.

How do I authorize the release of my medical records?

You may authorize the release of your medical records to another organization by completing and sending this Medical Records Release form.
