How do I choose the plastic surgeon that is right for me?
Choosing a surgeon can be a difficult process. Our surgeons specialize in a variety of conditions and practice at different locations. You can learn more about each of our surgeons by reviewing his or her profile.
How do I make an appointment?

Your First Appointment
What should I bring to my first appointment?
To minimize wait time you can fill out certain required forms prior to your visit. Please check Patient Gateway to see whether your doctor’s office has sent you anything.
You should also bring a list of your current medications and dosages, health insurance card, and co-payment (if applicable).
If you are scheduled for a breast consultation, you should bring a sports bra with you for sizing.
What should I expect during a surgical consult?
Our surgeons are very approachable and want to help you understand the procedure your treatment options. Questions are encouraged. Many patients find it helpful to write a list of questions and bring them to the appointment.
You will meet with the surgeon to discuss surgery, your options, and what to expect following the procedure. Often, the surgeon will show you before and after photos of procedures that he or she has performed.
Most of our surgeons work closely with a Physician Assistant (PA). You will also meet them at your consult.
Cosmetic Surgery
What is the difference between a cosmetic consultation and a reconstructive consultation?
A cosmetic consultation is for elective or self-pay procedures (i.e., breast augmentations, tummy tucks, etc.). A reconstructive consultation is for medically necessary procedures and is usually covered by your insurance (see below for information on co-payments).
How much does a cosmetic consultation cost?
The cost for a cosmetic consultation is $125. We require payment at the time of your appointment via cash or credit card. This cost is not applied to the cost of your procedure.
Will you provide me with a quote regarding costs?
Yes, following your meeting with the surgeon, you will receive a customized quote for your procedure.
Do you offer a payment plan?
No, we do not offer a payment plan. We require payment in full for all cosmetic/self-pay procedures six weeks prior to your surgery day. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. If you are paying by credit card, our Billing Coordinator will call you to collect payment over the phone.
