The Division of Oral Medicine and Dentistry at Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) is a leading comprehensive oral medicine clinical service drawing referrals from throughout New England for diagnosis and management of oral medicine conditions.
Under the leadership of Nathaniel Treister, DMD, DMSc, our board-certified specialists provide innovative treatment for a wide spectrum of oral conditions. As an integral member of Dana-Farber Brigham Cancer Center Oral Medicine and Oral Oncology Treatment Center, the division has special expertise in providing oral health care for cancer patients and cancer survivors.
In addition, we train the next generation of oral medicine specialists and thought leaders through the prestigious Harvard School of Dental Medicine/Brigham and Women's Hospital Oral Medicine Residency Program.
