Our Team

Kris Bingxue Zhai, MS

Director of Clinical Research Operations

As Senior Clinical Research Manager, Kris’ responsibilities range from improving operational efficiency with limited budget and human resources, to overseeing IND/IDE applications, to strategically improving patient enrollment to early-phase oncology trials. Kris leads the efforts in developing an empowered, innovative, and highly productive Clinical Research Program, which drives functional excellence in all aspects of trial delivery.

Before joining Radiation Oncology, Kris worked as a clinical research program manager at the Cardiovascular Imaging Research Center (CIRC) within Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH). As an enthusiastic innovator, much of her academic research was within the field of diagnostic imaging.  This research combined with biomarkers research to identify the best method for treating heart attack patients, thereby limiting plaque build-up and subsequent increased risk of stroke. At MGH-CIRC, Kris’ customer-oriented style benefited many clinical trials sponsored by NHLBI and pharmaceutical companies.

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, playing tennis and skiing.

Patrick Doyle

Patrick Doyle, MS

Lead Program Coordinator

Patrick started in BROADBAND in March 2021 after working for a few years in the Research Ethics & Compliance office at BWH. Originally from the South Shore and having graduated from Boston College, Patrick hopes to attend medical school in the near future and someday practice and conduct research as an oncologist.

Outside of work, Patrick enjoys running and watching the Red Sox.

Francois

Francois Georges, MD

Francois holds a Doctor of Medicine degree earned in his native Haiti, and is currently working on his Master's Degree in Public Health from East Carolina University.

Francois is fluent in five languages (English, French, Haitian Creole, Spanish and Portuguese). He strives to put all those skills and his experience in service of the BROADBAND project. In his free time he enjoys reading and is attempting to learn how to play the guitar.
