Ingredients
- 24 oz. fresh haddock fillets
- 1 whole lemon
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Directions
- Saute 6 oz. haddock fillets in a hot iron skillet with 1 Tbsp oil.
- Season with salt, pepper, and lemon.
- Bake at 350o for 10 minutes.
- Serve with side of Romesco sauce (see Romesco Sauce Recipe)
Yield: 4 servings
