Glazed Butternut Squash

Ingredients

  • 3 ½ lbs butternut squash, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 2 oz orange juice
    1 oz water
  • 2 oz honey
    dash of allspice powder

Preparation

  1. Bake squash in a 300o oven for 30 minutes or until just slightly tender.
  2. In a bowl, mix the orange juice, water, honey, and allspice and whisk together.
  3. Brush the orange juice mixture over the squash, and re-bake at 300o for another 15 minutes.
