The Advanced Center for Cartilage Repair, Shoulder & Sports Injuries at Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) is a leader in the diagnosis and repair of cartilage damage to the shoulder due to sports and other injuries.
The CRC is one of the busiest cartilage transplant centers in the country. Every year, our experienced staff helps patients from around the world regain joint functioning or resume competitive sports. The CRC is one of the specialty divisions of BWH’s Department of Orthopaedic Surgery.
All of our surgeons are board-certified and faculty members at Harvard Medical School. Our expert and highly-experienced, multidisciplinary team of surgeons, rheumatologists and rehabilitation specialists work together with dedicated nurses, physician assistants and other professionals to provide state-of-the-art evaluation and treatment.
