The Neurosciences Center at Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) is the heart of a hospital-wide focus on preventing, treating and curing diseases of the brain and spine.
Every year, we care for thousands of patients with a variety of needs, from a patient with a brain tumor to a senior’s struggle with Alzheimer’s disease—and everything in between, including chronic pain, stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, spine pain, anxiety, depression and much more.
The Neurosciences Center delivers comprehensive and highly coordinated care for our patients and their families. We bring it all together – incorporating the variety of medical specialties relevant to neurological and psychiatric conditions. We’ve raised the bar in terms of patient care to help ensure excellent patient satisfaction and the best possible patient outcomes.
We are also leaders in neuroscience research, focused on advancing the development of new treatments and cures. By leveraging our neuroscience expertise from across the entire BWH community, we’re constantly expanding our research agenda and sharpening our focus on solving some of the greatest neurological challenges of our time.
