The Division of Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) includes a multidisciplinary team of specialists who work closely to diagnose and treat patients experiencing language, memory and emotional problems resulting from injuries to or diseases of the brain and other disorders. Our staff has expertise in behavioral neurology, neuropsychiatry, geriatric psychiatry, neuropsychology and social work.
Under the leadership of Kirk R. Daffner, MD, our experienced team of over 35+ board-certified physicians and licensed social workers provides patients with the best possible care, offering diagnostic evaluations, including laboratory tests and neuroimaging, as well as family support. The Division of Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology is part of BWH’s Center for Brain/Mind Medicine, a clinical and research effort that also includes a fellowship program in behavioral neurology/neuropsychiatry.
