From the west from Route 9, heading towards Boston, take Route 9 until you get to the set of lights at Brookline Avenue and Route 9 (Brookline Village). Continue past the set of lights and take a right onto the Jamaicaway or Route 1 South. Travel under a mile until the pond begins to appear on your right. At the light (3rd set) at Pond Street, take a left turn. Go to the end of the street and make a right onto Centre Street. The health center is 1.5 blocks, on the left-hand side. The health center is located across the street from the post office at the corner of Green and Centre St.
From the west on the Mass Pike, heading towards Boston, take the Mass Turnpike to the exit for I-95 and Rt. 128, in Newton. Take I-95/128 south to the Route 9 East exit. Get on Route 9 East and go through Newton and Brookline. In Brookline you will go through a large intersection with High Street on your right and a Brookline Fire Station just past the intersection. The next set of lights is Brookline Avenue (Brookline Village). Continue past the set of lights and take a right onto the Jamaicaway or Route 1 South. Travel under a mile until the pond begins to appear on your right. At the light (3rd set) at Pond Street, take a left turn. Go to the end of the street and make a right onto Centre Street. From north of Boston, take Interstate 93 to Storrow Drive west. Continue to the Kenmore/Fenway exit (on the left after Mass Ave) and follow signs for Rt 1 South , going on Park Drive, past Fenway Park, onto the Riverway, and the Jamaicaway. On the Jamaicaway, you will see an overpass and signs for Rt 9. Continue on the Jamaicaway. Travel under a mile until the pond begins to appear on your right. At the light (3rd set) at Pond Street, take a left turn. Go to the end of the street and make a right onto Centre Street. The health center is 1.5 blocks, on the left-hand side. From the south, take Route 1 North. After passing Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital you will be on the Jamaicaway. When the pond appears on your left, take a right at the set of lights at Pond St. Go to the end and make a right onto Centre Street. The health center is 1.5 blocks, on the left-hand side. The health center is located across the street from the post office at the corner of Green and Centre St.
From east (from Boston), take Huntington Avenue. Go past the Massachusetts College of Art, past Brigham and Women's Hospital and go to the intersection of South Huntington Avenue. Make a left onto South Huntington Avenue. (Follow the trolley car tracks.) South Huntington ends; bear right onto Centre Street (continue following tracks). The health center is about a mile down the street on the left at the corner of Green and Centre.
If you are taking the bus, take the #39 from Forest Hills or from Copley.
If you are taking the MBTA, take the Orange Line to Green Street. Turn left as you come out of the station. Walk up Green Street 4 blocks to Centre Street. The health center is at the corner of Green and Centre St.

There is 1-hour and 2-hour on-street parking on Centre St., finding a space can be difficult. There is a public lot one block away. Coming from Pond St. onto Centre, continue past the health center at Green St. and take the next right onto Burroughs St. There is a public lot (2-hour parking) immediately on your left.
There are a limited number of parking spaces for patients only in the rear of the health center. To access these spaces, you must go around the block and get onto Green St., which is one-way. From Centre St., take a left onto Seaverns Ave. Take your first left onto Alfred St. Take a left onto Green St. As you approach Centre you will see the health center on your right. There are five patient parking spaces in the patient parking area under the back of the building.
