Linda Delaporta, MSN, RN, NEA-BC, Senior Nursing Director, Critical Care and Nursing Administrators

Linda Delaporta headshotLinda Delaporta, MSN, RN, NEA-BC, is the senior nursing director leading Critical Care and nursing administrators. She oversees day-to-day operations and works with nursing and multidisciplinary leaders and staff in support of patient care in these areas.

She has a depth of experience and expertise in critical care nursing and hospital operations. Linda began at the Brigham as a staff nurse and later became a charge nurse in the Medical ICU, where she worked for 16 years. She then transitioned to a nurse administrator role before serving as nursing director for the Integrated Teaching Units on Braunwald Tower 16AB. She was instrumental in helping the unit to achieve a gold level Beacon Award and in nurturing a culture that celebrates professional growth and nursing practice. She also helped to develop the Medicine Float Pool to support staffing across the Medicine division.
