Meet the Center for Multiples Team

When expecting multiples, you want the best possible team on your side to care for you and your family. In the Comprehensive Care Center for Multiples, our experts work collaboratively to ensure you are supported and cared for before, during and after pregnancy.

For their obstetrical care, all expectant mothers at the Center for Multiples see a maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) specialist who is experienced in pregnancies involving twins, triplets or more. MFM specialists are experts in caring for women who have complications identified prior to or during pregnancy along with their unborn babies. Our team also includes clinical and administrative staff who work together to deliver highly specialized, personalized care for moms, babies and families.

Both Doctor and Nurses are always so informative and a pleasure to speak to. I know I’m not the only patient, but they sure make me feel special to be carrying twins. They ease my nerves. They always make me feel comfortable and joyful when I leave my appointment. I cannot wait for them to deliver my two healthy baby boys.” - Tania, patient

Director, Comprehensive Care Center for Multiples,
Maternal-Fetal Medicine

Center for Multiples director Dr. Bibbo, is an MFM specialist with a clinical focus on multiple pregnancies, has seen patients in the Brigham's MFM clinic since 2015. Since patients expecting multiples require frequent visits, she monitors for potential medical complications and gets to know patients and families on a personal level. Dr. Bibbo earned her medical degree from the Boston University School of Medicine and completed her MFM fellowship at the Brigham. She is bilingual in Spanish. "I am very straightforward, and I strive for my patients to be continuously informed about their pregnancy progression," Dr. Bibbo says. "I love seeing the evolution of my relationship with patients, from discussions about potential risks to planning the delivery and the joy and adventures of raising a family."
