MCEP Orientation Schedule

MCEP Orientation are held monthly and mirror New Volunteer Orientation and New Employee Orientation with the exception of benefit information. In addition, participants will receive specific training, information, and direction that will enable you to be successful in the program.

Orientations are generally two-three hours in length. It is necessary to attend the entire orientation in order to get all the information to be successful in the MCEP. If you cannot attend the Orientation date and time or if you do not plan to start the program right away, please do not apply. You can always apply for a future month.

As you submit the application materials, please keep in mind the deadline for each orientation is almost 2 months in advance to allow time to get each applicant cleared. Please plan accordingly.

Please be sure to send in all application materials by the deadline listed below.

If accepted into the MCEP, you will receive an email with information regarding the MCEP Orientation after the deadline- please do not attend orientation if you have not received this email.

Upcoming MCEP Orientation Date

All application items should be submitted through the application, except for the references, which should sent directly to bwhvcas@mgb.org. All application should be 4 pm on the dates listed below.

Please Note: You should only apply for during a cycle if you plan to attend orientation that month. Ex: if it is July and you will not be in Boston until September, you should wait until September to apply. The Volunteer Office is not responsible for application materials that have been submitted in previous months.
