Christina A. Lundquist, MHS, senior vice president, Clinical Services, Real Estate and Facility Operations

Christina A. Lundquist, MHS, serves as senior vice president, Clinical Services, Real Estate and Facility Operations, a role she assumed in Sept. 2021.

In this role, Lundquist is responsible for partnering with the departments of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrics, Orthopaedic Surgery, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Dermatology, as well as serving as the executive leader for all aspects of the Brigham's ambulatory services. Additionally, Lundquist serves as part of the executive leadership team overseeing the Women's Health service line at the Brigham and the Sports Medicine service line at Mass General Brigham.

Lundquist also provides executive leadership for Real Estate, Facilities and Operations at the Brigham, overseeing all facility development, real estate operations, facilities planning and design, space utilization, facilities operations and engineering, and major construction projects across the organization.

Lundquist is a strategic and collaborative leader with more than 25 years of experience in hospital and ambulatory operational leadership. She has deep experience in physician practice and ambulatory care management, quality and process improvement, staff development and mission-based community outreach and integration.

Before joining the Brigham, Lundquist was the chief operating officer at Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital and MacDonald Women's Hospital — part of the University Hospitals system in northeast Ohio — where she led the day-to-day operations.

She has also served in several leadership roles at Johns Hopkins Medicine over a span of two decades, including positions as department administrator for Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine, Dermatology and Orthopaedic Surgery; executive administrator for New Clinical Buildings, in which she co-led the operations transition for a new, $1.1 billion adult and children's hospital; and administrator in the Office of the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President, where she directed strategic projects in support of affiliate activities.

Lundquist earned her Bachelor of Arts from Williams College and a Master of Health Science in health finance and management from Johns Hopkins University School of Hygiene and Public Health.
