Student Success Jobs Program (SSJP) works closely with the Boston Private Industry Council (PIC) to recruit students. PIC Career Specialists at each high school help distribute information about the program and are involved in the interviewing process of applicants. During the year, Career Specialists support SSJP students by ensuring their progress in the program.
SSJP accepts up to 100 students from the following seven Boston Public high schools:
- Boston Latin Academy
- Community Academy of Science and Health
- Edward M. Kennedy Academy for Health Careers
- Fenway High School
- John D. O'Bryant School of Math and Science
- Madison Park Technical and Vocational High School
- New Mission High School
