Our General and Gastrointestinal (GI) Surgery program provides diagnosis, management and follow-up services for disorders of the gastrointestinal tract that can be treated by surgery.
Services include outpatient treatment of diseases that affect the following:
- Anorectal area (e.g., hernias)
- Biliary, pancreatic and liver disorders (e.g., gallstones)
- Endocrine system (e.g., thyroid disorders)
- Esophagus (GERD)
- Small and large intestines (e.g., inflammatory bowel disease)
- Stomach
