Directions

Brigham and Women's Pulmonary Rehab is located off-site at The Faulkner Hospital.  The address is 1153 Centre Street, Jamaica Plain, MA 02130.  If you enter The Faulkner on the first floor, walk through the lobby and past the elevators.  Turn right down the first hallway.  The Pulmonary Rehabiliation room is the first door on your left.  If you enter The Faulkner on the third floor, walk past the cafeteria to the elevators at the end of the hallway.  Take the elevators down to the first floor.  Step to your right as you exit the elevators and turn right down the first hallway.  The Pulmonary Rehabiliation room is the first door on your left.  Parking will be validated for a maximum of $3.00 for all Pulmonary Rehab related visits.

Public Transportation

• MBTA Bus #38, Wren Street, stops directly in front of Faulkner Hospital on Centre Street. The Wren Street bus shuttles between the West Roxbury business district and Forest Hills station where it connects with the Orange Line and other bus routes. Buses are scheduled to run every 20 minutes during a.m. and p.m. rush hours, and less frequently during mid day. For exact times, call the MBTA at (617) 222-3200.
