 Southern Jamaica Plain Health Center is one of two community health centers licensed by Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Every year, more than 10,000 patients in Jamaica Plain and surrounding communities make 45,000 visits to SJPHC. Our bilingual staff provides these patients with comprehensive, high quality primary care.
