Brookside is conveniently located on Washington Street just two blocks from the intersection with Green Street. To reach the facility by public transportation, take the Orange Line train to Green Street. When exiting the station, turn right on Green Street, walk about three blocks, and turn left on Washington Street. Walk two more blocks and Brookside Community Health Center will be on your left. You can also take the 42 Bus via Forest Hills or Dudley Station to the Washington and Sylvia stop.

Heading east into Boston (driving from the BWH main campus): Starting from the intersection of Huntington Avenue and Tremont Street (One Brigham Circle), turn right onto Tremont Street. Take Tremont Street approx. 0.6 miles to Columbus Avenue (after Roxbury Crossing T Station). Turn right onto Columbus Avenue. (Roxbury Community College is on your left.) Continue on Columbus Avenue approx. 1.1 miles to Washington Street. There will be a gas station on your left. Turn right onto Washington Street, proceed approx. 0.5 miles. Brookside Community Health Center will be on your right at 3297 Washington Street.
