The Partners Office for Women's Careers at Brigham and Women's Hospital, a teaching affiliate of Harvard Medical School, works with faculty women, hospital administration, and department chairs to establish BWH as a leader in the recruitment, retention and academic advancement of women.
In addition, the OWC supports the Office for Minority Faculty Development and the Committee for Internationally Trained Women Faculty at Brigham and Women's Hospital.
