Dr. Kuo received his M.D. from Boston University and completed medicine residency and gastroenterology fellowship at University of Southern California and Brigham and Women’s Hospital, respectively. Dr. Kuo’s research interests are in the mechanisms of autoimmune hepatobiliary diseases. He is currently investigating trafficking mechanism of neonatal Fc Receptor, FcRn, and the role of FcRn in the liver. His research is funded by the National Institutes of Health.
