The Emergency Department is open, but is diverting ambulance traffic to nearby hospitals while patients on the impacted floors are being safely relocated to other areas of the hospital.
Patients whose appointments are being impacted have been or will be notified by phone. Approximately 30 patients have been relocated, and their family members have been notified of their new location. Patients with additional questions can call Patient & Family Relations at (617) 732-6636.
