Our simulators are used in a variety of settings including adaptable simulation suites and an operating room/delivery room with all invasive and non-invasive equipment made available to the participants.
There is a surgical and endoscopic simulation arcade available for independent practice to registered participants twenty-four hours a day.
A part-task room designed to allow the participants to practice individual tasks including:
- Intubation
- Needle Cricothyrotomy
- Surgical Cricothyrotomy
- Chest Decompression
- Arterial Sticks
- IV Cannulation
A microsimulation room with 17 LCD screen computers allows participants to participate in computer simulations, classroom activities and debriefing sessions.
A large classroom and several smaller conference rooms allow for a variety of locations to train and practice at STRATUS
