This number is staffed from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Patient referral representatives will help you choose an appropriate physician and schedule an initial appointment. For your convenience, bilingual representatives are on staff.
Patients may also access our physicians via the web, using the Partners Online Specialty Consultation.

To reach a physician at BWH or to receive additional information about the hospital's services, call the Physician Referral Service number at 1-800-MD-to-BWH (1-800-638-6294). This number is staffed from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. A representative will direct you to the physician you are looking for, as well as facilitate consultations and second opinions. After hours, you can leave a voicemail message, and your call will be returned promptly.
