Patient Financing
Insurance does not cover elective or cosmetic plastic surgery. Payment for services that are not medically necessary or deemed to be cosmetic in nature are the responsibility of the patient. In addition to cash, bank check, money order and personal check, the Division of Plastic Surgery accepts the following:

- Mastercard
- Visa
- American Express
- Discover
- Patient Finance Option
- CapitalOne Healthcare Finance (please read below)
In addition to the above-mentioned credit cards, the Division of Plastic Surgery accepts payment from CapitalOne Healthcare Finance. Should you be interested in obtaining patient financing for your cosmetic procedure, please contact CapitalOne Healthcare Finance* directly via their web site. Additionally, you may apply for patient financing with CapitalOne Healthcare Finance via the telephone by calling 1.877.559.5050. Or, if you prefer, you may download a paper application and fax the completed form to 1.866.740.3301.
*Please understand that the Division of Plastic Surgery merely accepts CapitalOne Healthcare Finance. We are not involved in the application decision-making process nor set the terms of the agreement. The financing agreement is expressly between the patient and CapitalOne Healthcare Finance. We do not set the terms of the agreement and strongly recommend that the patient communicate directly with CapitalOne to understand all the terms and conditions of their respective agreement.
